mindfulness, life balance, exercise and fun

Whether you are a full time worker, self-employed, a student, a mum, retired person or business owner the Rejuvenate program will work for you.  Why? Because you will learn and grow, be supported, expand your worldview and experience 'feeling good in your skin',  'relaxed in your mind', and 'spacious in your heart'.  You can begin to incorporate all or some of the practices into your daily life in a way that will lead you to becoming healthier,  living longer, looking younger, feeling good and being happy. Over 170 participants have completed the program aged from 21 to 75 since July 2007.

Review & Summary

The program was created and designed as an eight week structured course by Karen Bell in 2007.  Each program is limited to 10 participants offering an interactive format, both sitting and floor based (mats).  Karen's experiential and conversational presentation style promotes light heartedness and in-depth learning outcomes. What you learn over the eight weeks is resourced in a 40 page manual and workbook.  Offered 4 times a year ususally in school terms.  Bookings essential. Missed sessions may be made up provided a place is available in the next program.
