All sessions start on time. 
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your class.  
It is recommended that you do not eat a main meal before your class.   
Booking is essential.  Why?  There is a maximum of 12 in each class and some classes are wait listed.
Studio Soma is closed on public holidays.  

Monday
7.00 - 8.00am      Yoga (Zapchen style)

9.30 - 11.00am    Yoga (Zapchen style)

Tuesday         
9.30 - 11am          Rejuvenate ... look, think, feel Grrr8. Eight week wellbeing program commences October 19th
 
6.00 - 7.00pm      Yoga (Zapchen style) 

7.30 - 9pm           Yoga (Zapchen style) 

Wednesday
9.00 - 10am         Meditation - FREE Community Class 
                                    (optional coffee/tea/juice at local coffee shop. No need to book)

5.30 - 6.30pm      Yoga (Zapchen style) 

7.00 - 8.10pm      Yoga with Davide Di FLorio 
                                 (Iyengar/Ashtangha/Sivananda influence) 
                         

Thursday 
5.30 - 6.30pm      Yoga with Julie Girginis (eclectic style)

9.00 - 10.00am    Gentle Zapchen Yoga
                                          - chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, back pain & recovery
