Zapchen Yoga Classes with Karen commence Thursday 2nd February 2012
All classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students as each class is tailor-made to meet the needs of those in the class. For more detail of the structure of classes please click 'Zapchen Yoga - What Is It'. Classes run for one hour and 15 minutes and include warming, yoga postures, relaxation and meditation.
